What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email, phone number, company and the details of your project. Our site also records anonymous visit statistics.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and run the project if you go ahead. We never sell or share them for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t turn into projects are deleted after 12 months. Project records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email us and we’ll reply within 30 days.
